Service Description

Sessions for parents in Victoria, BC who want to help but aren't sure how. We look at what's driving your teen or young adult's anxiety or digital habits, what to say when conversations keep turning into arguments, and how to set boundaries that hold without damaging the relationship. This applies just as much to a 20-year-old still living at home as to a 15-year-old - anywhere in the 13 to 25 range. You don't need them to attend; this is support for you. 60 minutes.
